Welcome to Greens Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership Terms

Membership Types

We offer Monthly, Six-Month, and Annual membership options. Each membership type has specific terms regarding duration, access, and benefits as outlined in your membership agreement.

Payment Terms

Membership fees are due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of access privileges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Annual memberships require 60 days notice for cancellation.

Facility Rules

  • •Members must use keycard access and are responsible for all activity under their membership
  • •Maximum of 4 players per bay, including guests
  • •Appropriate golf attire is required
  • •No outside food or beverages permitted
  • •Members are responsible for their guests' behavior
  • •Equipment must be used properly and returned to designated areas

Liability and Safety

Members participate in golf activities at their own risk. Greens Club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during use of our facilities.

All members must sign a liability waiver before using the facilities. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also sign appropriate waivers.

Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by members or their guests will result in repair or replacement charges.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a respectful, professional atmosphere. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • •Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
  • •Excessive alcohol consumption
  • •Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
  • •Misuse of equipment or facilities

Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

Modifications

Greens Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Termination

Greens Club reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all members.
